Our Latest Project

Windermere swimming pool was closed some years ago and left abandoned, awaiting development.

Our sister company, AQS Group was contacted by Choices Health Clubs, to provide a design brief and build costs to re-develop the facility to meet the local community needs.

We were awarded the full turnkey project and successfully converted the swimming pool only site, into a state of the art health club.

Complete with new reception and lounge area, changing rooms, family change areas, gymnasium, air conditioned aerobics/dance studio, spin, cardio and free weights zones.

A complete wet facility including a fantastic wellness zone complete with a hydrotherapy spa, ice fountain, aromatherapy steam room and Roman sauna. To complement the entire build and give back to the community a place to learn to swim and excerise. A state of the art swimming pool was built in an entirely new extension.

We completed the entire project on budget and on time.

So happy are Choices Health Clubs with the facility created, there will now be a stage 2 to the project that will consist of an outdoor gym, relax and spa area.

The project is a ‘win win’ scenario for all.
